This Refund Policy applies to payments made to DABRE for premium services, advertisements, featured listings, and other platform-related services.
Refunds may be granted where:
Users must submit refund requests within 7 days of payment by contacting DABRE support.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.
DABRE does not collect or process rent payments between tenants and landlords. Therefore, DABRE cannot issue refunds for rental transactions made outside the platform.
